On 23 October 2025 the developer launched AYA with a party in the building itself. Guests moved through rooms laid out with material tables, boards and samples from the project, from tiles and stone to timber and elevation drawings, giving a close-up feel of the atmosphere we are creating.
Over the year, some of our projects took flight — and now it is our turn to take a short break and lift off.
We will be closed from 11 to 22 August 2025 for the summer holidays. During this time we will be recharging, to come back with the same creativity and dedication as always.
