ENZA Properties is a real estate developer creating unique residential projects in Portugal and Angola, and our client on several developments. TEKSTUDIO designed the ENZA Properties brand identity and the identity of each of its real estate projects, as well as the company website.
The ENZA logo, a geometric line-drawn monogram, is paired with a restrained serif typeface and bronze accents. Each development was given its own brand, with a symbol, typography and colour: Belleville, Rendez Vous, Casa Torre, Memorial, MCMIV, Villaverde, Avenida 8 and Estrela 28, among others.
The brands come to life in presentation books and brochures, where graphic design meets the architectural images and texts of each project, telling the story of each place and of the people who will live there.
