ABOUT

TEKSTUDIO is an architecture and design studio founded in 2011 and based in Lisbon, Portugal. It works across architecture, urbanism, landscape architecture, interior design and graphic design, with a focus on spatial innovation and on people. Each project seeks distinctive solutions that combine creativity, rigour and attention to how spaces are lived in.

Its philosophy grows from a fascination with architecture as a human expression and a way of passing on knowledge, closely linked to technology and its evolution in response to people’s needs. Designing begins with a pen and paper: communicating ideas and searching for the best solution. Collaboration is an essential part of this process. Clients are part of the team, in a dialogue where listening and acting make it possible to meet all their needs.

Each project calls for its own strategy, bringing together technique, art, design methods and construction methods, in dialogue with the client’s wishes. Sustainability guides every decision, from the choice of materials to resource efficiency and the durability of spaces, with care for the environmental impact and for future generations.
