STAR JEWELLERYSTAR JEWELLERY Numbers & Facts Location: Angola City: Talatona Client: Star Jewellery Year: 2014 Area: 170 m2 Status: Project Theme: Architecture, Interior design Program: Retail Credits Architecture Team: Bruna Serralheiro, Pedro Hebil, Joana Marques, Sofia Travassos, Catarina Pinto Graphic Design Team: Bruna Serralheiro, Catarina Pinto A diamond’s shape inspired the architecture concept of STAR Jewellery shop in Dolce Vita Talatona, Angola. In the centre of the space two sculptural pieces coated with Turkish marble define a fluid path where the client can observe the jewellery displayed in showcases built-in the stone. The interior rooms define private areas for payment and management of the store as well as personalized attendance and exhibition of exclusive jewellery. The lighting gives a pleasant and relaxing feeling to the space that matches the bronze and pearl tons of the furniture. The spotlights built-in the showcases emphasize the unique pieces of STAR Jewellery. Casa DominoCasa Domino Números e Factos Localização: Zâmbia Cidade: Lusaka Cliente: Privado Ano: 2012 Área: 785 m² Estado: Projeto Tema: Arquitetura Programa: Residencial Créditos Equipa de Arquitetura: Bruna Serralheiro, Simone Cunha, Nuno Gonçalves A Casa Domino inspira-se na paisagem africana circundante. A implantação do objeto arquitetónico é feita de forma sensível e funcional, tendo em conta a ligação entre os espaços, a orientação solar, a criação de pátios e a presença de água. A luz e os materiais proporcionam conforto e qualidade ambiental. Para criar um objeto intemporal e sólido, apostámos num design sustentável. Para o revestimento exterior, optámos por pedra clara, que melhora a inércia térmica e absorve menos calor. O pátio principal, no rés-do-chão, organiza todos os espaços. Este pátio, juntamente com um pátio secundário, permite a ventilação e a distribuição de luz natural por toda a casa. TA OfficesTA Offices Numbers & Facts Location: Angola City: Luanda Client: Private Year: 2011 Area: 730 m2 Status: Project Theme: Interior design Program: Offices Credits Architecture Team: Bruna Serralheiro, Sara Faria, Simone Lopes The African native tree baobab inspires the TA Offices Interior Design concept: bring nature to the interior space.  bring nature to the interior space. The curvilinear shape of the building defines the division between spaces. A fluid path connects workplaces with the lounge allowing magnificent views over Luanda’s bay to everyone. This path is created by an organic wall made of vertical wooden planks of American Walnut wood, which can also be used as bookshelves. As for the finishing works we have chosen natural stone and wood painted in white. WHite, green and copper are the predominant colours, representing nature and the African forest.
